Today almost all mobile phones (even older models such as Nokia 6210) are able to receive data from the Internet. The SMS reply from GEODOG® will contain a link to click on. This will open a window on your mobile phone with the relevant map view and the position of your dog. |

Latest generation phonesYou own a latest-generation mobile phone (e.g. BlackBerry, iPhone, Windows Smartphone or a Nokia of a higher category) with integrated GPS-receiver. In this case, the link will open the appropriate, installed map software and show your own position as well as the position of your dog as target address. |

Optional Software for Windows MobileThe fastest and most comfortable way to oversee your dog is using our specially developed software. |

PC-Software
GEODOG® comes with a comprehensive PC-Software. Besides many other features this can also be used to indicate the coordinates of your dog's position on a map. |

myGEODOGIf you want to trace your dog with a PC where GEODOG®-Software is not installed (e.g. in your office or when you are on vacation), you can go to myGEODOG at www.geodog.de and get the coordinates of your dog's position live shown on a map. |

Map
It requires a bit of experience with printed maps and coordinates to localize your dog by means of a map printout. You can either print out a free-of-charge map (with longitudes and latitudes) on this homepage (map service will be available soon) or buy one in a selected shop.
With a scale of 1:25,000 it is quite easy to define the precise position in a large area. This way, it will also be easy to find your dog, for example, in your vacation resort. |

Navigation system
Almost all mobile navigation devices allow entering geo-coordinates. You just type in the values received by SMS and your navigation system will direct you. |

GEODOG® responds only to the phone number that was registered with him. Only you "communicate" with your dog. Calls or SMS-commands from other numbers will be ignored by GEODOG®.
